United States Shipping

Some orders may arrive earlier depending on warehouse availability, shipping carrier performance, and customer location.

Orbit Cart is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments caused by incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Please note that Orbit Cart is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier but reported as lost or stolen afterward.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Orders may only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has entered processing or shipment stages, cancellations or changes may no longer be possible.
International Shipping
Currently, Orbit Cart primarily ships within the United States.
International shipping availability may vary depending on the product and fulfillment location.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties associated with international orders.
